The aim behind  this process is to make  the neck  of the cylinders.

Cylinders are put in the device to be cut by a special kind of saw . Its vertical movement, cut the cylinder to the desired size.

Water and soap are used to cool the neck part of the cylinders and then cylinders are directed to the related fixture.
The whole process is done by four tools which are penetration operation, milling the inside, milling the outside and the end is threading.


It is worth mentioning that the device accuracy is about 0.01 mm.
