This machine is located in the chemistry lab which measures the color resistance against curvature.

This unit includes two clamp screws, leverage, and a ruler in which the composed bolts, hold sample plate and the leverage causes the curvature of the plate and the ruler specifies the thickness of the curvature.

The following description shows how the device works:

First,we put the painted plate in the clamp bolts.

Then we thighten the screwsand and we move the leverage in the opposite movement of the clock with an angle of 180 degree till the palte is bent.

Finally we put  then  curvature on the ruler to find out the crack thickness.
