This device is in the chemistry lab which is used to measure the corrosion resistance of coating color.

The following description shoes how the device works:

First, we spray the electro-static powder over the sample plate with dimensions of 10*15 standard and thickness of 0.8 mm.
Then we scratch the letter 'X' on the surface of the sheet.
After that we put the plate with the angle of 180 degree into the device.


In order to do salt spray test the cabin temperature, cabin PH, and the density of the salt delution are so important.

During the test, the colored piece is taken out from the device every 100 hour .

Then we check the place of the crack to find out the defects.
