The aim behind this process is to create a suitable cooating with electrostatic colors for CNG cylinders.

The line  includes following sections which completely work automatically:

1. Transmission System: This part is completely done by conveyer from beginning to end process. The operator put he cylinders n the conveyers by a hook and crane.


2. Spraying Cabin: in the spraying cabin 6 guns are available to spray the cylinders.aftering having all guns' settings controlled, the conveyer is turned on in order to move cylinders to the spraying cabin.
Finally the saparying procees is done by those guns in saprying cabin.


3. Curing Oven: The furnace contains two tanks which must be heated before taking any kind of action to reach the furnace's temerature to a heat of about 200 degrees celsius to get ready to cure the color.The required time to do the operation is about 26 minutes.


4. Cooling tunnel: The tunnel is after the furnace phase and includes 6 cooling fans to cool the color on the cyliders .
 

 

5. Recycling system: The air suction device decreases the pressure in the the cabin by intaking the air.As a result it prevents the color to escape from the cabin.

 

 

As soon as the chemistry laboratory started to work in september 2010, Abedi Industrial Group started its own research on the colors that  are needed to cover the CNG cylinders match with the ECER110 .
After finding that no one is able to make the required color outside the factory, our experts started to work on the formula about this color.
Due to working hard night after night, our experts in chemistry laboratory department managed to make the desired color which match the ECER110 satandard.

Color qualification in Abedi Machine Factory is as following:
