Phosphate and soaping

The main goal in this section is to create a  fully-steel sheet conversion coating, in order to do the cold deep drawing  phase which includes the following steps:

1.Fat Removal Tub:

steel sheets are usually put in the basket and  contain almost 15 of them and are kept for about 10 minutes in

the Fat-Removal Tub which is filled with a kind  of detergent.The fat removal process is done during this perid of time.

 

2- rinse:

The removed fat  steel sheets are washed for about one minute.

3.Rusts tank:


The Basket containing 15 steel sheets are entered the rusts removal tub to to remove the oxides from the surface of the sheet.

 

 4. Laundry tub:


Removed rusts steel sheets are entered the laundry tub to remove the acidic surface of the sheets.

 

 

5. Tub cleaning:


Sheets are entered the cleaning tub for the second time to completely remove the acidic feature from the surface of sheets.

 

6. phosphate tub :


steel sheets are floated in this tub for about 10 minutes in a delution of Tricationic phosphate as to create a conversion coating layer on the surface of the sheets.



7. cleaning tub :

Cleaning tub is used in this section to remove the remaining acid from steel sheets.

 

8. Soapy tub:

The purpose of this section is to reduce the friction with the press machine. Steel sheets are floated in the tub for about 10 minutes.

 

9. Drying stage:


Finally, in this part the soap which is left on the surface of the sheets from the previous section is going to be dried. At last the fully soap covered sheets are delivered to the production line.

We should mention that before testing stage, phosphate and soap raw materials are done as following:

The aim behind the process of testing raw materials is to match the used steel sheets specifications with the steels needed within the company.

sheet Type: CR34M04 with a thickness of about 12 mm.

2. Steel Cup:


Sheet Type: CR34M04 sheets with a minimum thickness of 8.2 mm.

Analyse

 

Steel Sheet:

 

For the time being, all steel sheets  are imported form China to creat CNG cyilinders and are analaysed and tested within and out of our metallurgy laboratories.
The tests that are done over the sheets inside and outside of our laboratories are as following:

 

1.Chemical analysis:

 

 The test is used to make sure that used material in steel sheets are in the reange of the company's specifications.

 

2. Thickness:

 

 The test is done to make sure that the thickness of the  alloy is 12mm  and its  type is CR34M04 .

 

3. Metallography:

By doing this test alloy microstructure is detected.

 

Steel Cups:

 

One sample of steel cup is cut and sent to be simultanously tested in our laboratories within and outside the company.

In a piece of steel cup many tests like metallographic tests, Thickness, Tensile and impact test are done and the result are written and kept in the company.

The cut steel cup is sent to one of  the outside laboratories to be tested the same as tested that are done withiin the company.

Finally the results are compared and the report is sent to the top executive.

 

wastewater treatment plan Abedi's Machinery

Since the environmental pollution is increasing and more need to health and environment, Abedi Machine-making Factory created its own wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 6 cubic meters in 1389(2010) to purify from phosphate.

Physical and chemical methods are along fat removal and floating processes are used to purify the materials.
The system is able to purify 6 cubic meters of wastewater and able to reach the quality to the environmental standards for agriculture, landscaping and drinking.


According to the environmental laws in Iran, wastewater effluent must be released to one these sources:

1.Surface water

2. Absorber walls

3. Consumptions of Agriculture and Irrigation

According to the Iran's Environmental Protection Agency , the maximum standard amount of pollutants released to the three sources is specified to each source.

Based on this table, Abedi's effluent treatment lant has met all those requirements.

The preccesses of refining in Abedi Industrial Group is as following:

 

1. Trash Separation

In order to separate all large and solid materials entered the network collection sewege, a trash separation system is used to gather these useless materilas.

 

2. Balancing Tank and Pumping Station

Using a tank balance maker is neccessary  to increase  the efficiency of purification system before the treatment process.The process is done to make balance either quality or quantity.

 

3. Complication Quick Tank

In this section Coagulants material is added to the sewage and wastewater which should be mixed quickly. Then Coagulation  and clot enter the tank. In this section the congulation material is injected by an injection pump and is mixed in a fast circulation.

4.Coagulation tank

In this section, the mixer mixes waste material and coagulants in a gentle mixing speed.By this action clot growth starts. The stoppage time is about 20 to 60 minutes.

Clot created isolates the color particles and then the waste material is sent to the ponds to have the particles left down the ponds.

 

5. DAF tank

 In this section the equipment including compressor is used to supply air needed for a number of Diffusion,

compressed air tanks is used to put pressure on wastewater and paddle back to collect particles on the surface.

 

6.Rapid mixing tank

In this section another particle is added to the wastewater prior to clot formation, and must  be mixed with a high speed.

 

7. Coagulant tank

The tank mixes coagulants material with the wastewater in a  low speed.

 

 8. Tanks Settle

The number of processes occurred in coagulation and clot, causes mass production leads to a heavy feature that will settle after setting the mass in the deposits tank to remove the stream of watse materials.

9. PH Settings

By paying attention to the fact that coagulation and clot-making are optimized in PH, and industrial sewages have the acidic status. Therefore, there is a part or section here which sets the PH setting.
